Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: We ship orders one time per week, usually on Wednesdays. If you placed an order on or after Wednesday then your order will ship the following week (unless our offices are closed due to holiday, etc). If you supplied a valid email address when placing your order, you will receive tracking information once your order is processed. Please add orders@goodfight.org to your contacts so you don't miss any notifications.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. International orders use USPS International or Global Post. Tracking is available on all shipments and is emailed once the package has been prepared for shipment.

A Note Regarding Specialty Merch: Items purchased from our Merch category (apparel, hats, mugs, etc.) are shipped from third-party vendors who have their own shipping policies. As well as our shipping notification, you may also be contacted directly from the third-party vendor regarding shipping times and methods.

If you need your package shipped sooner and cannot wait until we ship packages on our standard shipment day (Wednesday), simply give us a call at 1-866-JC-TRUTH (1-866-528-7884) or email us at Orders@goodfight.org and if we can ship your order sooner we will do our best to accommodate you.
